ShopVertiMax offers the following Returns Policy:

Assembly:  No assembly is required. You can take VertiMax right out of the box and use it!

Shipping:  Typically your VertiMax will ship within 2-5 business days of placing your order and arrive within 6-12 business days of placing your order via Fed Ex Freight or Fed Ex National.

Warranty:  VertiMax is a very durable system capable of standing up to the rigors of the collegiate weight room environment for years. All mechanical parts have a one year warranty while soft items such as the elastic cords, suction cups and body harnesses have a 6 month warranty. The landing mat was designed by the USA jump rope association and is designed to last for three to four years of heavy use. However, since we cannot control the foot gear athletes use while training on the system the mat has no warranty.

Portability:  Each unit has two wheels built into the edge of the platform that allow a single person to lift the unit on edge and simply roll it away.
